Your Opportunity
You don’t just want to “do marketing”—you want to contribute ideas, help shape the direction, and take on responsibility? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to cover a colleague’s maternity leave, initially taking on a higher workload in our marketing department—and then continuing in the role long-term through job sharing. Important: This position isn’t a traditional temporary role, but a genuine opportunity to get involved and actively help shape our marketing efforts.
Your Role with Us
With us, you won’t be taking on a narrowly defined specialist role; instead, you’ll be a marketing all-rounder with real responsibility. You’ll work across the entire marketing process—from concept to implementation to evaluation—and pitch in wherever you can make the biggest impact. In our dynamic environment, personal responsibility, organization, and prioritization are key: You’ll maintain an overview, execute tasks independently, and ensure transparency within the team.
Your tasks
- Planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Creating content for the website, email marketing, social media, point-of-sale (POS), and internal channels
- Maintenance and further development of our website and digital content
- Tracking, analysis, and reporting of KPIs to optimize our marketing activities
- Collaboration on digital sales platforms
- Support for events, trade shows, and sponsorships
- Collaboration in managing customer segments
- Close collaboration with various departments and locations
What you bring with you
- Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or comparable background
- You think digitally and are active on social media yourself
- Initial experience in marketing (digital experience is a plus)
- Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
- Analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven work
- Creativity and an instinct for target audiences and content
- Hands-on approach and flexibility
- Excellent German skills; French and English are a plus
