We are looking for the following to join our great team:
Organizing talent 60 - 100 % (f/m/d)
In this exciting and varied role, you are the organizational hub for a wide range of projects and processes
Your main tasks
- Planning, coordination & execution of projects, e.g. new product launches, revision of existing lines in Switzerland & EU
- Organization and support of medicinal mushroom webinars, including registration with professional associations and coordination with internal/external speakers
- Responsibility for Christmas campaigns & New Year gifts, from conception to implementation
- Independent organization of congresses, markets & trade fairsincluding budget responsibility, logistics and internal/external coordination
- Maintaining and managing the stock of marketing materials
- Creation of presentationsenz, e.g. for customers, specialist audiences or internal purposes
- Main contact person for a subsidiary
Contact person for pharmacies, drugstores & wholesalers, incl. promotions & newsletters - Administrative and organizational support for the management
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable background
- Experience in the project, event or marketing sector
- High degree of independence, personal responsibility & strong implementation skills
- Organizational talent with an overview and attention to detail
- Creative streak & flair for customer needs
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
