Since 2000, LIAN has been a leading specialist pharmacy for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Switzerland and Europe. Our core expertise lies in the production and dispatch of individually prescribed herbal formulas of the highest quality. We have also established a diverse product range covering skincare, teas, food products, as well as sports and massage products. With extensive TCM expertise, continuous innovation and a great deal of dedication, we work every day to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to join us from 1 November 2026 as:

For an unique role combining craftsmanship, natural medicine and pharmaceutical quality.

Your Responsibilities

Independently manufacture cosmetic and magistral TCM products in accordance with formulas and applicable standard operating procedures.
Carefully carry out weighing, processing steps, in-process controls and quality controls.
Share responsibility for continuously maintaining our high quality standards.
Inspect, maintain and test the functionality of the equipment and work areas used, for example scales, including levelling and repeatability testing.
Monitor stock levels and work closely with the purchasing department.
Contribute to the optimisation of existing production processes.

Your profile

Several years of experience in the production of pharmaceutical, cosmetic or natural medicine products.
You work independently and reliably, with a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
You enjoy taking responsibility for the entire production process, from weighing the ingredients to completing the finished batch.
Precise working methods and complete, transparent and traceable documentation come naturally to you.
You consistently work according to standard operating procedures and production instructions.
You understand that care, precision and reproducibility are the basis of high-quality products.
You enjoy working independently while also ensuring a reliable flow of information to the team leader, colleagues and related departments.
You enjoy hands-on production work and handling a wide variety of galenic preparations.
You have an interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
You are enthusiastic about quality, precision and the continuous development of our products and processes.
You have an excellent command of written and spoken German.
